Our Physical Therapists

Meghan Dejlitko PT, MPT

Meghan has over 19 years of orthopedic physical therapy experience.  Meghan earned her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy at Northern Illinois University in 2002.  She specializes in manual therapy, generalized orthopedics, post-surgical care, young athletic prevention care as well as reintegration to sport after injury, ergonomics and back prevention education.

Meghan believes education is the key to success in treatment.  If patients can understand why and how pain and decreased movement occur, they will be more likely to succeed in returning to fully functional daily life and decreasing re-occurrence of injury and pain.

Chris Eirich PT, DPT, MS

Chris has over 10 years of experience in orthopedic & neurological disorders. Chris has an extensive background in evaluation & treatment of spine focused and extremity conditions (McKenzie method) including mobilization / manipulation & certification in (SFMA & FMS).  He also uses functional movement & sports focused assessment for assessing mobility & strength deficits to maximize performance.

Chris is certified with the Titleist Performance Institute which evaluates golf specific needs as well as carries certification for trigger point dry needling as well.  Chris provides ImPACT concussion treatments including vestibular therapy. He also holds Neurological certification in Parkinson disease (LSVT-BIG) that allows applications to other neurological disorders. He believes listening to patients & evaluation to be the most important to correctly identify & address impairment to restore normal function.

Katie Lee PT, DPT

Katie is an alumni from Marquette University She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Athletic Training in 2012.  Katie continued her education, receiving a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014.

Katie has extensive experience with orthopedics and sports medicine patients. Katie strongly believes in the benefits of trigger point dry needling which decreases pain and tightness.

Kristen J. PT, MPT, NASM-CPT, AFAA-GFI

Kristen has over 19 years of orthopedic physical therapy experience.  Kristen earned her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy at Northern Illinois University in 2002. She has been certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine for over 15 years. She has been certified by the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America for over 20 years.

She has participated in triathlon, half marathons and taught fitness classes for over 20 years. She specializes in manual therapy, generalized orthopedics, post-surgical care, athletic prevention care for all ages, reintegration to sport after injury, ergonomics and back prevention education.  She enjoys educating her patients and encouraging them to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
